Lip Filling

You can look much better by having lips that look fuller, livelier and more attractive. If you have  naturally thin lips, or if your lip are getting thinner due to decreased hyaluronic acid in the body, caused by aging process, you are a candidate for lip filling.   It is very important to perform the lip filling procedure in such a way as to ensure concordance between the patient's face and his/her expectations, within the frame of the golden proportions. The experience of the person, who performs the procedure, and his /her aesthetic point of view, constitute the most important point for being able to achieve a satisfactory result after the procedure.

First a lip design in harmony with the general structure of the face is made in line with the expectations of the patient, and then the filling procedure is started.  Ideally, the filling procedure is planned to be performed in several sessions at 1-week intervals.

The hyaluronic acid used for lip filling has an effect that lasts 6 to 12 months. Durability of fillers varies from person to person, depending on smoking, environmental conditions, and the quality of the filling material.  In repeated lip filling procedures are known to increase the durability.

FRENCH LIPS, APHRODITE LIPS, FLESHY LIPS, NATURAL BUT FLESHY LIPS...

Making the right design in line with the expectations of the patient before the procedure by ensuring a result in harmony with the face constitutes the most important part of the procedure. The ideal upper to lower lip ratio is considered to be 1:2. However, it should be remembered that this liking can vary from person to person.  During the procedure, the sides of the lip with angles facing downwards are also intervened to correct the appearance.

I HAVE HAD FILLER INJECTED INTO MY LIPS, BUT I AM NOT SATISFIED. IS IT POSSIBLE TO REMOVE THE FILLER?

If the filler was short-acting filler, the enzyme called hyaluronidase that melts the injected hyaluronic acid is injected into the application site, and then the filler gets completely removed in 24 hours. However, sometimes even surgical interventions may remain incapable of removing permanent fillers. Therefore, short-acting fillings are the most preferred filler products.

MY GUMS ARE SEEN WHEN SMILING...

This deformity known as gummy smile can be eliminated by performing a combination of Botox injection and filler injection. In this way, very beneficial results can be achieved by making the gums less visible when smiling.

DOES THE FILLER CAUSE ANY DAMAGE TO THE BODY?...

Hyaluronic acid in the contents of fillers naturally exists in the body; and therefore, they do not cause allergic reactions. Filler injection causes no harm in short or long-term.
